Donation Points system

Currently, Cass has 3 karma checks before leaving for good: bellow -99, -174, and -249 (right before becoming evil). This file changes the check thresholds to -125 (half-way becoming evil), -250 (right after becoming evil), and -500 (half-way becoming very evil).
I'm also looking into a way to implement a check that sees how much your karma has varied since you enlisted her (your effort to change ways), which I think makes more sense given the dialogue. For the time being though, this allows we people how lean on the evil side to keep her without avoiding talking to her :)
