Simply modded Veronica's default hood and robe to have -1 DT, so that even items with zero DT would be preferred. Of course, her DT would be low when you initially got her as a companion, so give her something else ASAP.
Install/uninstall: Simply activate or deactivate the esp.
Compatibility: Likely incompatible with anything that also modify the items (Outfitveronicarobes and Outfitveronicahood) or take them away from her. Didn't modify Veronica's NPC data, so anything else should be compatible.
