.....:: Boone in his Prime ::.....

For me, New Vegas continued FO3's disappointing trend of having few attractive male companion options. I was intrigued by the character of Boone early on. Unfortunately, though his voice and backstory are undeniably awesome, I found myself hating his face. Especially in profile, I thought he looked like a pale, chubby serial killer.

So, I set about giving him a makeover in the NV GECK, though it was important to me that he retain some of his intensity and not succumb to "pretty boy" syndrome. I wanted him to look like a sniper in his prime; rugged and focused.

There is nothing required for this mod, but if you want to Boone to look like he does in my screenshot, you'll need a mod that lets you change your followers equipment (the one I'm using is listed below) and swap out his sunglasses with the much superior Authority Glasses (found in the vanilla game). I also have him wearing Geonox's Post-War Casualwear (also listed below).

Please note: Boone is also made essential in this mod, mostly because I hate babysitting my companions. If enough people are upset by this, I might upload a non-essential version.

UPDATE (1.11.11): I have uploaded a non-essential version of Boone. Choose one file or the other - don't use both!
