Adds a barber and surgery machine to the Presidential Suite, to provide an alternative to joining the Kings just to get a haircut.

This small mod adds a machine to the player's suite, which allows him to change his hair/beard style and color, just like the Kings' barber.
Since version 2 surgery also is possible, so there's no need to enter "showracemenu" and disable achievements by doing so.
Should be pretty bug-free, cleaned it in FNVEdit. There could be conflicts with mods which alter the bathroom of the suite, though.
NOTE: PLEASE REFRAIN FROM USING THE SURGERY-MODE FOR A SEX CHANGE. I DO NOT KNOW IF THIS MAY CAUSE PROBLEMS, BUT IT IS PROBABLE. OTHER THAN THAT, YOU CAN CHANGE EVERYTHING.

- IMPORTANT! In some cases, the surgery option may disable current perks! Be careful when using this option and always keep a savegame from before the surgery! UPDATE: This only seems to happen when you change your race, so if you just change your face, everything should be fine!
