Description
Here are the Outcast scribe robe and T-45d power armor from Fallout 3 and Operation Anchorage. The textures are included with New Vegas, but unused, so no assets have been copied over. Please don't ask about the helmet though - the textures for that just aren't there any more.
Stats are the same as the regular scribe robe and T-45d and neither have faction scripts.
The scribe robe is also used in my mod for Veronica:

Installation
Unzip in your New Vegas data directory ("C:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\common\fallout new vegas\Data" on my system) and make sure it's checked under "Data Files" in the launcher.
Find it in a wooden crate outside the Hidden Valley bunker.
