About this mod
Obsolete since Bethesda released their sixth patch (1.3.0.452). Resolves a scripting issue which can prevent the .44 Magnum SWC Hand Load recipe from being available at reloading benches.

IMPORTANT UPDATE! - This bug has since been patched in official update 6 from Bethesda (1.3.0.452). If your game is up to date then you no longer need this mod and it is advisable to un-install it.
Old Notes for users of game versions 1.2.0.352 and older:
A scripting condition exists, which is very likely a bug, that prevents the player from being able to create .44 Magnum SWC (Semi Wadcutter) Hand Loads, even if they have a valid schematic or the Hand Loader perk which is supposed to unlock all reloading recipes.
Presently this scripting condition requires the player to have BOTH the perk AND the schematic before the recipe appears at the reloading bench (75 Repair Skill also required).
This issue has not been fixed yet, as of game version 1.2.0.314.
This tiny mod will change the scripting condition to permit this hand load with either method of recipe acquisition on their own.
