This mod is great, works nicely with CKR and I use it only for 4-7 hairstyles that this mod adds that I think look very nice for the vanilla game, the same ones that got used for Frontier.
I can't believe I'm downloading this nonsense for a single hairstyle, AGAIN. Every damn time. Yes it works. What are you even doing if you can't get this to work? It works fine. It's just horrific in terms of what it adds to the game. Ew.
For anyone who wants to unpack the bsa so you can get access to this mod's meshes and textures, use this tool. It works well for FNV and is very easy to use.
A bunch of the hair styles shown in the images, like Cool Hat, the Cool Hairs, the Room Hairs and one called simply "Braid" (which I wanted the most), are not showing up in game though most of the other styles are. I can't even select them in the character creation, the options just don't exist. I'm not using more than one hair pack or any other beauty mods or custom race mods that would conflict with this mod or overwrite those styles, so I don't know what the problem is or why this is happening. Please help!
Thank you so much for the fast reply! Yes, all of that is true. Also if the mod is supposed to replace the default hairstyles from the vanilla game, it isn't doing that either. It seems to be replacing the default eyes, however. Here's my load order, I have very few mods (I have NVSE and 4GB patch installed as well):
Can you share the contents of this PM? Did they (OP) find a fix? I am having the same issue. Both the *.esm and the *.esp are there and Active as well as the *.bsa file are all in the DATA folder. Just started a fresh game in a new directory.
EDIT: Disregard this replay. I was using a Willow (companion Mod) face preset. I switched to a vanilla face and poof the hair and face options were there. I'll return you to your regularly scheduled program...
I like this mod but the eyes are atrocious. I have a very nice mod called real eyes that i would like to use with this but cant seem to override this mod's eye textures, can anyone help me with this?
Get FNVEdit, load what you need in regards to mods (or just load everything you have, who cares really, it's there, you can find what you want with the text search anyway), open up this thing's tree, click on eyes and hit the delete button. FNVEdit might be a bit worried about it but assure it all is as it should be, because you know what you're about. Once this is done, upper left corner, the three lines icon, click on that and select save. You've done it! No more pre-2000s anime eyes.
