The preset in New Vegas is just hard for me to make a pretty face, so I make one by using one of the fallout 3 preset.

Since the day I uploaded this file, I never stopped tweaking my character's face. There is always something strange.
Finally recently, I've stopped tweaking it for over a month. So I guess this version is perfect, according to my personal sense of beauty of course.
There are many changes, including lighter eye sockets, shorter chin, wider temple, ...etc.
