Someone on the forums requested a teddy bear backpack back in Fallout 3. They wanted it to be black and shiny like latex. So I figured I would hook them up.
I am now porting it over to New Vegas. It can be purchased just north of PRIMM in a small store just off of the road. The store is nothing fancy, I just through it together. I will probably not do any more editing to this mod, unless there are reasonable requests to do so.
