Description
===============
This mod includes a lot of general changes to the original Stealth Armor, to make it decently useful, yet not as overpowered like the Anchorage version.

- The armor has been properly named Hei Gui Stealth Armor

- Separated the Helmet to a different armor piece and added to the same location as the Armor can be found. Also added some Stealth EC to start off with.

- The armor provides a sneak bonus of +10 now.

- Added a Stealth Field generator to the armor. You need to have both the helmet and the armor equipped at the same time, as well as have Stealth Energy Cells in your inventory to operate.

- You can make two types of energy cells to power the armor at a workbench: Stealth EC, and Stealth EC Overdose. The Recipes are as follows.

Science 0 - 24 => 1 StealthBoy + 10 Energy Cells = 10 Stealth EC
Science 25 - 49 => 1 StealthBoy + 15 Energy Cells = 15 Stealth EC
Science 50 - 74 => 1 StealthBoy + 20 Energy Cells = 20 Stealth EC
Science 75 - 99 => 1 StealthBoy + 25 Energy Cells = 25 Stealth EC
Science 100 => 1 StealthBoy + 30 Energy Cells = 30 Stealth EC

Medicine 25 - 49 => 2 Jet + 1 Fission Battery + 15 Stealth EC = 15 Stealth EC, Overdose
Medicine 50 - 74 => 2 Jet + 1 Fission Battery + 20 Stealth EC = 20 Stealth EC, Overdose
Medicine 75 - 99 => 2 Jet + 1 Fission Battery + 25 Stealth EC = 25 Stealth EC, Overdose
Medicine 100 => 2 Jet + 1 Fission Battery + 30 Stealth EC = 30 Stealth EC, Overdose

- The Stealth Field by default uses 1 Stealth EC every 10 seconds. The Stealth Girl perk adds 50% longer duration to this.

- If you have both Stealth EC and Stealth EC, Overdose in your inventory, the Overdose cells will take higher precedence. However, they are not without a drawback:
-- Stealth EC, Overdose will grant you faster sneaking speed, 20% longer per cell duration and a slight AP regeneration.
-- Using Overdose cells constantly may cause you headaches, nausea and - if you don't listen to the ingame warnings - blackouts for a few seconds, in which state you break your cover and are helpless for a few seconds, with a slight penalty to agility and perception.
-- Your resilliance to the nause is determined by your Endurance. The higher the Endurance, the less likely you pass out. However, your chances are still proportionate to the elapsed time spent under the effect of Overdose cells, so eventually you still will.

- You can further increase your Stealth Armor's effectiveness with a special Stealth Training perk. This will grant you fast movement while sneaking, 50% longer per cell duration and +10 sneak skill.

- All the different duration perks or abilities stack additively. So if you have Stealth Training, Stealth Girl, Stealth EC Overdose, that is 50% + 50% + 20% -> 120% longer duration, 22 seconds per cell.

- Breaking the Stealth Field is audible, it can warn nearby foes of your presence.

- The Suit will warn you intelligently if you are running low on Stealth Energy Cells with a beeping sound and a message, so you can find cover quickly.

- The suit works similarly on followers as on the PC. Save the warning messages and the nasuea effect. If your follower is essential however, they will not drain energy cells (still need to have 1 Stealth EC in inventory).
