This mod is not opted-in to receive Donation Points
When I first got the service rifle I was excited. Then I saw how weak the gun was and inaccurate to boot.
I have fixed that by placing the dmg in between the Varmint Rile (18) and the Cowboy Repeater (32) at 25 dmg. It is also slightly less accurate then the Cowboy Repeater.
It modifies the base gun so all the ones you find will be better.
