This is a port from a Fallout 3 mod by ZomBuster. A power fist with decent damage that has an instant head crippling effect (set to 1,000 just to be sure). As of right now it's in Doc Mitchell's house.
I take no credit for the skin or idea of this, I am simply fulfilling someones request and porting it to New Vegas.
