Fixes the soundproblem with miniguns in VATS (carried over from FO3)

In vats, if you fire a minigun, alot of times the sound wont even start before youve fired all your shots.
This fixes that by making it use the 10mm smg sound for each individual shot whilst still playing the twirling barrels soundloop in the background.
Simple fix really, that should have been in a patch for FO3 if you ask me. But it got carried over to new vegas... i guess they had too many other bugs to fix before touching this one :P
