This removes the stat effects of armor. When I use armor that adds 1 endurance, it shows in stats, but when I leave the pip-boy, and re-enter those stat buffs are gone.

Now, this is a problem for people who are using re-moveable pipboy mod. because of FO3 stupid retcon lore telling you that pipboy is permanent because gameplay mechanic, you CAN'T view you inventory if the pipboy is removed from your hand. This is somewhat a design flaw from Bethesda's Fallout and I wish modding community would reverse engineer the inventory menu for people who are using pipboy mods. Replacer pipboy is okay so you don't have to worry 'bout.
Just another person here to warn others that this mod might completely remove your Pipboy even after you've deactivated the mod. If, for instance, you need to remove your Pipboy to take pictures, make sure you DO NOT SAVE while this mod is active. Always make sure your last save is with your Pipboy equipped. Some say you can use "player.equipitem 0011bacb 1" to bring it back, but this did not work for me. Thank god I had a fairly recent save before I used the mod!
This worked for me, and makes sense. You need to getiitem, then equipitem.
Do you have a Pipboy 3000 in your inventory? If not, then you have to add it. That takes two steps (without the quotes): * "player.additem 15038" ; (which adds the "personal" Pipboy3000 to your Inventory) * "player.equipitem 15038" ; (which equips that Pipboy from your Inventory)
If you have a different Pipboy (such as the Pipboy 2000 or Readius), that requires a different "Base-ID".
This made my PipBoy screen completely blank. Anybody else have this issue?
EDIT: Never mind, it seems I had issues with my controller configuration. Works like a charm!
EDIT 2: Nope. Now every time I go to the console, my character is completely stripped. So I can't take poses now because she's always goddamn nude. Also, uninstalling it has caused problems with my game audio.
NVSE plugin that was released a day or two ago, it's even better than any existing pipboy remover mod at the moment, only bug is that when the pipboy is brought up to the camera, the arm is invisible (i.e. basically a floating pipboy - at all other times it's visible however) but that tradeoff is worth it
Did you guys hit the tab key? Hitting the tab key in a menu will make you flash your assets at people, if you have TTW installed the Pipboy Remover Redux is a much more efficient, streamlined update of this old mod.
This version is great in that it is an NVSE plugin that seems to resolve a bug in that weapons with laser sights will have the laser sight disappear if you use the pipboy, and the only way to bring back the laser sight is via equipping the weapon with the hotkeys. Unfortunately your arm isn't invisible but it's such a small tradeoff for an extremely lightweight and efficient mod.
great, when I uninstalled this mod to try out the Radius, the entire thing disappeared completely, even after attempting to use console commands. now i'm forced to use your fucking mod since my saves go back too far to fix it. thanks a lot.
