Adds SSAO, Focus DOF and Adaptive Bloom to FONV

INTRO:

This mod is almost the same as the FNV Enhanced Shaders mod by Tapio Schnaars (http://www.newvegasnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=34868).
But with a few differences:

1. SSAO:
I made Screen Space Ambient Occulsion to work with FONV.

2. Reworked DOF:
Depth Of field focus is modified to fit better with FONV. Near blur occurs with iron sights (like COD:MW). Far blur only occur when focus is on a foreground object. DOF is also very subtle so less UI bluring, less weird behavior indoors.

3. Adaptive Bloom:
Enabled and modified adaptive bloom to fit with FONV. Basicly bloom strength is dependent on the brightness of the screen to simulate eye adaption.

4. Disabled Pallete Texture:
So this mod will work with Darker night mods without making everything too dark at night. Fixed color correction is used instead. Color saturation is dracticly reduced for more natural visuals.

5. Effect txt Shader:
Is different, this one works with all the stuff I did.

What is the same:
This mod and FNV Enhanced Shaders both use the modified D3D9 dll made by boris vorontsov (http://enbdev.com/index_en.html).
So the biggest credit goes to Boris for making and sharing ENBseries. Credit also goes to Tapio Schnaars for releasing FNV Enhanced Shaders mod.

INSTALLATION:
Extract everything into your FONV install folder.

CONFLICTS:
Of course will conflict with FNV Enhanced Shaders. This mod is almost the same mod, just different shader and ENB config values.

USAGE:
All enabled effects will automaticly start when you install the mod and start the game. However you can disable this mod ingame at and time:
SHIFT+F12: Disable entire mod.

SHIFT+F10: Disable SSAO (Important, read below).

LIMITATION:

This SSAO system is a hack. It will never be as good as a driver level implementaion like what Nvidia did with F03, not to mention an in engine one. So theres a few problems.
1. It conflicts somewhow with the way the engine render the skies. For some reason while everything works and looks good out doors I don't recommend it. Because a copy of a occulsion map from characters (PC, NPC) will be projected on the sky when you are near them or are in 3rd person view. Enviroments works fine. So only use SSAO indoors for the most part. Toggle it using SHIFT+F10.
2. SSAO precision leaves alot to be desired. Especially with it comes reflected lights.
3. SSAO has a big performence hit. Again, best use it only indoors.
4. DOF is focus based. Far DOF depends on where the center of the screen is. Most of the time it works well when it comes to foreground objects. But it will also kick in if you for example look at the ground.
5. Near DOF will also blur your bottom UI. I have minimized this as much as I can while still retaining iron sight DOF and close DOF.

MOD MODIFICATION:
Feel free to mod this all you wan't. If you make alot of changes and make everything better you can release the mod. If anyone shows intrest I will make a small guide on modifiying this stuff. But I don't think I need to, it's preety easy to figure out.
