Changes the appearance of Raul, the ghoul companion to suit his voice actor, Danny Trejo.

This is just a quick GECK edit of Raul's facial features so that he reflect his in-game age so that he resembles his voice actor, Danny Trejo.
I've also removed his lead pipe from his inventory and added a machete. I'm planning on making it a unique machete that does more damage and altering his skills in a later version of this mod.
