SEVERAL DIFFERENT VERSIONS TO SUIT DIFFERENT PEOPLE.
Changes textures for the Grimy and Dirty Pre-War businesswear to correct textures, and changes the clothing of all Tops Csaino Chairman, and Gomorrah Omertas NPCs. Some gamblers and dealers also have also had their faces and hair changed to create more variety.

BothSuitFixes-FactionalFix:
- Grimy Pre-War Businesswear has been changed to be the proper Black instead of reusing the Dirty Pre-war Business wear striped texture.
- Chairman Faction of the Tops casino all wear the Grimy version, including named NPCs of the same faciton.
- Some chairman NPCs have had changes to faces and hair to provide more NPC variety.
- Omerta NPCs are all set to wear the Dirty suits. Including some named NPCs of the same faction.
- Some dealers and gamblers in casinos have had additional face and hair variety.
- James Garret and Francine Garret both wear the Dirty Pre-War Businesswear and both have corrected textures (changed in accordance with concept artwork).
- Tommy Torini wears the Dirty Pre-War Businesswear and has his hair changed to match the concept artwork.

- Changes the Male Grimy Pre-War Business Suit to it's proper Black
- Changes Female Dirty Pre-War Suit from Blue to White striped.
- Also makes sure that Factions Chairmen all wear Grimy, and Omertas all wear Dirty.
- ONLY CHANGES CLOTHING TEXTURES AND NPC CLOTHING. DOES NOT CHANGE FACES LIKE MAIN FILE DOES.
