Adds more containers, reloading bench and working oven to the Lucky 38 suite.

Adds a number of features to the Lucky 38 suite.
A notice on respawning containers: Some people have reported that the two named workbench containers respawn. This is a problem with the vanilla game, and varies from user to user. If you are having it happen to you, use THIS
Adds:
- Mojave Express dropbox
- Working oven for all your cooking needs (it works exactly like a campfire only it's oven-shaped)
- Reloading press
- Jukebox in the games room
- Vending Machine in the games room now acts like the one in Fallout 3, only with Sunset Sarsaparilla.
- New Item - Refreshingly Cold Sunset Sarsaparilla: So refreshing, you don't make yourself thirstier when you drink it!

-Themes!
-Even better vending machine!
-Exclamation points!
Compatibility:
- Does not work with anything that modifies the Mojave Express system.
- Probably not compatible with other Lucky 38 Suite mods (ones below are tested to work)
