This mod alters The animations for male/female Pipboy up/down to be four times faster than vanilla. Why? Why not, it was easy. When I'm in a fight and digging for food, I just hate to wait.

Drop the contents of this .7z file into:
[path to steam]\steamapps\common\fallout new vegas\data
There is no plugin required for this mod.

Delete the two files:
