Walk around as the ultimate legionnaire! For the glory of Caesar!

I was playing and saw spoiler wearing this armor and knew I had to have it. "How hard could it be?" I said, just go into spoiler and get the item codes for the gear. Not that easy it turns out! Apparently the game has marked the armor as unplayable. This mod fixes that! No longer do you have to wear some ridiculous football pads and be called a member of a legion, you need the metal to back it up. Walk around as the ultimate bad-ass of the legion and bring glory to Caesar!
Location: Inside Caesar's Tent at the Fort. There should be a footlocker to the right of the entrance.
Version History:
Added optional file to version 1.0 that adds the Legate's unique bumper sword, Blade of the East, to the footlocker. Brought the required Str down from 9 to 8 to suit more characters and increased the caps value of it, leaving everything else in tact. Slightly OP in that it adds a -2 hp/s for 10s effect, hence the file is optional.
