Really handy, I only ever used VATS once in a play through anyway, just to get rid of reminder blurb. Nice job. Wonder if this would work with Fallout 3.
now i can use x for the real time modding, c for melee ,and v for bullet time ,along with the interactive overhaul mod shift to sprint and double shift to quickly move side to side, b42 inertia combined with skeletons navmesh,with the ballistic realism mod to top it all off ,my hitscans are perfect movement is fun again.
I love this mod. So simple, yet changes the game in a huge way. Paired with no-fast travel and project nevada alone and the game becomes something completely different. Much more difficult without the ability to use VATS.
if you just want bullet time go with DK bullet time it's stand alone and unlike project Nevada doesent conflict with other mods. i have had a much more stable build with VATS disabled and DK bullet time bound to V
