Adds a merchant named Mr. Moneybags to Goodsprings, outside the saloon with 65,000 caps to sell all your stuff to aswell as some supplies.
Install: Simply drag the file into your Data folder of your Fallout New Vegas directory. Then Fast Travel to Goodsprings and you'll see him.
Update: Fixed an issue where the player wouldn't receive their caps. Vendor caps had to be reduced to 30,000 as a result, but to circumvent this I've also created a computer terminal that when activated sets the vendors caps back to 30,000. Allowing for infinite caps to be generated so long as the player has enough loot.
Update 2: Fixed an issue where the dialogue of the merchant would overwrite other NPC's dialogue.
Sorry about all the bugs folks, 1-2 years hiatus makes one rustic.
