Two esp files are included. One quiets the low health heartbeat sound, and the other file silences it. Useful with Dead Money, as the player may spend a large portion of the adventure with low health.

This mod makes combat more deadly. All weapons and creatures deal 100% more damage, and player health is reduced. Full changes available in readme and description. Now includes optional MK II file & DLC armor file.

All grenades (40mm and 25mm included), missiles, and mines (excluding C4) can now be shot and destroyed. This will result in an explosion, and can be used to 'seed' mines to make them more damaging. Collateral damage can also destroy ordnance.

When destroyed, robots may explode after a short period of time. Several different explosions are possible.

Decreases the distance the player (and other organisms) can fall without taking damage. Increases the chance of limb injury from a fall by 30%

Increases the rate of thirst, sleep, and hunger accumulation, and makes stimpaks heal over 10 seconds instead of 6 seconds.

Makes mines, grenades, and most explosions more powerful and with a larger radius. V 1.01 adjusts some explosions omitted in the initial release. Run from smoking cars! 1.03 improves consistency with the latest official patch.

Reduces the volume of the interface sounds within VATS.

Reduces the amount of ammunition found by approximately 84%, and reduces the amount of chems (especially stimpaks) found as well. Includes optional Reduced Caps and Item Value.esp.

Drastically reduces the amount of 'freebies' in Doc's house, and reduces the quality of goods received when leaving the house. Only useful for a New Game.

Reduces your speed when moving backward, reducing your ability to merrily snipe enemies while running backward.

Reduces the reloading speed by 15%, removes agility reload modifiers. The level of reloading speed reduction is customizable by the player. Optional module included to make the reloading perk invisible.

Reduces the volume of certain sounds, such as the disintegration sound, amputation, and Caz 'woozy' sound. Also silences some ambient noises to reduce 'popping' loop sound glitch.

Adjusts the economy; most items are 70% more expensive, and the player receives 50% less for most items sold.

Vehicles have four times as much 'health', making them more suitable to use as cover during a firefight.

Changes the damage received and dealt while playing on Very Hard difficulty. Enemies receive 100% damage (instead of 50%), and the player takes 250% damage (instead of 200%.)

Increases the XP required to gain a level by 83%. 106% .esp and optional XP tweaker included.
