Version 3.0
- Fixed: The Play Now hotkey didn't set a variable correctly and didn't play a sound while pressed in case the R.A.C.E. Station was chosen in the Auto-Mute Settings menu.
- New: Added an option to set custom Hotkeys, found under RACE Apparel item --> options --> Hotkey Settings --> Set Your Own.
- Changed: Sped up the polling of the Hotkey quest to improve Hotkey feedback.
- Fixed: re-added the song info "Song XX is repeating" message, which wasn't displayed in the former update.
-
Version 2.99
- Fixed: R.A.C.E. apparel item no longer can be used to repair other items.
- R.A.C.E. Radio Vendors: reduced max radios for sale to 3 (former 5) and added a chance to none (25%). That means there is a chance that radio vendors may not get new radios for sale at Wednesdays or Sundays.
- Changed data types of most variables from integer to short to optimise a bit. Don't know if it actually does sth, but there are lots of other script optimizations as well.
- The Pipboy-Radio now should stay disabled during endslides (does not automatically un-mute as long as the player controlls are disabled).
- Both R.A.C.E. inventory items will no longer be removed by item sorters (as long as they don't work in menu mode 1002, 1009 and 1053) or by entering dlcs while the items still are being droppable from the players inventory.
- Improved random generator for play mode shuffle. Now every song should play by time.
- Now Radio New Vegas and Mojave Music Radio also can be turned on and off using the Hotkeys (default: up / down).
-
Version 2.9
- Fix: A missing (R.A.C.E.) apparel item only is issued when the player actually buys a radio.
- Another merchant may trade radios in The Prospector's Den near Prim as soon as at least 4 of the 7 regular radio merchants died.
-
Version 2.8b
- Quantum themed radios which are glowing blue can be placed instead of vintage radios.
- The (R.A.C.E.) apparel item now is slightly transparent and glowing blue if dropped from the inventory.
- Radios are pricing round about 250 caps each. The player starts with 2 radio items. Vendors restock their goods twice a week, Sundays and Wednesdays.
- If there's no (R.A.C.E.) apparel item in your inventory, maybe because you lost it, you'll automatically get a new one if you buy or sell a radio at a vendor.
- Radios (a misc item) must be bought at vendors and carried in your inventory in order to place them. There are 7 vendors who sell radios. If 4 or more of them died, roaming caravan merchants may trade radios as well.
-
Version 2.7
- Fix: the menu item now can be bound to a hotkey again, to show the current song number
- Fix: the default Song Limit now is set correctly in the Define your Limits menu
- minor menu changes and script optimization
-
Version 2.6
- Renamed the R.A.C.E. item to show it on top of the list in the Apparel-Tab
- The item is droppable now, therefore I made a movable 3d-version of the vanilla radio mesh.
- A radio can be assigned to the position of the dropped R.A.C.E. item
- General script optimization
-
Version 2.5
- - Slightly changed menu entries of the Auto-Mute menu
- - Added an option to deactivate the Hotkeys under 'Options' -> 'Hotkey Settings'
- - Added an option to deactivate the NVSE Message at start under 'Options' -> 'NVSE Settings'
- - One new Hotkey preset for players who customized their controls (W,A,S,D)
- - Fixed another on/out bug of the Start/Stop Hotkey function, minor script changes and optimization
-
Version 2.4
- Fixed the double on/out bug of the Start/Stop Hotkey while using the Auto-Mute function
- Mute and Un-Mute function now works independent from each other
- The Start/Stop Hotkey (arrow up) now switches the station which has been defined in the Auto-Mute menu
- Auto-Mute menu and scripts reworked
-
Version 2.3
- Auto-Mute function improved, more options added for better control
- Play Now Hotkey now restarts the current song instead of switching forward
- Hotkey-Presets added under options
- Fixed a counting issue within the Define your Limits menu
-
Version 2.2
- Songs now can be switched during gameplay by Hotkeys (arrow left, right, up down)
- Song Limit can be adjusted in steps by amounts of 1, 10 and 50
- Menu reorganised, options menu added
- Certain scripts reworked
- Message icons for Hotkey function added
-
Version 2.1
- New play mode (repeating playback) implemented.
- Menu reorganised, most relevant elements went to the top.
- "Pick a Song!" feature detached from play mode dependency.
-
Version 2.0
- Maximum capacity of usable songs expanded to 500.
-
Version 1.9
- Auto-Mute function added. The radio automatically mutes during dialogues.
-
Version 1.8
- Some menu entries slightly changed (mixed capital typing for better visuals)
-
Version 1.7
- The shuffle mode now should work like intended.
- The shuffle mode now tracks the last 9 songs (instead of 5) to prevent them from repeating.
- The R.A.C.E. Menu slightly changed.
- The Menu Item under your Pip-Boy's "Apparel" tab now can be bound to a Hotkey (Key 1-8). Hitting the chosen Hotkey will bring up a Quick-Info with the number of the current song. This however does not work if the item is dimmed in your inventory.
-
Version 1.3
- Under the Apparel Tab of your Pip-Boy, you'll find an Item called R.A.C.E.. By Left-clicking it, a Menu will open to configure the Station.
- Play-modes for shuffle playback and ascending order implemented.
- Show/hide Song Info which shows the number of the current song.
- Define a Song limit added to improve customization process.
- "Pick a song" feature implemented. If the shuffle mode is disabled, you can switch through your songs.
