Fellout NV 0.8

INSTALLATION

Copy it into the data folder and activate it. No invalidation necessary. Don't load before any ESMs. Do not
use with any other weather mod unless specifically stated to be compatible with Fellout NV. Fellout NV is
void where prohibited by law. In TSA security areas, Fellout NV tints you. Do not exceed the stated dose.
For external use only. Do not eat Fellout NV. Fellout is known to the State of California to be potentially
carcinogenic. If symptoms persist, consult a physician.

UNINSTALLATION
Delete it from the data folder and deactivate it.

HISTORY

0.8 Release
Finished up the Searchlight area.
Fixed too bright clouds in the east wasteland at night.
Dimmed and extended the range (well over double) of the PipBoy light.
Adjusted interior and ambient lighting, mostly darker.
Adjusted most burning bins and other static lights to illuminate a greater area.

Searchlight area night fixed. Glowing green clouds aren't fun.

Urban and Hazy weathers adjusted.

Extensive work on eastern wasteland daytime weather.
Detinted most ImageSpaces.

Darkened nights to ambient and sunlight 32,32,32 (This is still twice as bright as Fellout on Fallout3, which
used 16s and 8s.
Matched horizons and fogs.
Corrected an Obsidicrazy horizon out near Camp Forlorn Hope.

Who had Sunlight at night set brighter than it is at day? Obsidian, shoot that man. This made sneaking at
night almost impossible.

Dropped all nights to 64,64,64.
De-tinted most weather-based ImageSpace Modifiers.

Tweaked up horizon, night ambient and clouds. Not entirely sure what's going on at the moment with Obsidian's
VNight script. Might just remove it.
