FYI guys, installing this .dll will overwrite your DXVK .dll, so if you are using DXVK you should install Onetweak instead and run the game in windowed mode. This will resolve the same performance issues without disabling DXVK.
Lmao, recently got an RX7600 and new radeon drivers were causing all NPCs to be bald for some unknown reason (aswell as s#*! performance). Saw a random comment on a thread saying to download this, I was willing to try anything by this point and miraculously it worked. Great mod 10/10 from me.

Thank you so much I was wondering if this worked with amd cards too it worked for my 7900xt. Almost completely overlooked this mod. I had the missing hair bug but now everything is good.
