The max bet size is increased to 5000 on roulette and blackjack and 1000 on the slots. The max winnings in each casino has been increased accordingly. The cashier now has higher chip count options for caps.
I also uploaded another version that increases the max bet even more slightly, and has removed the banning from casinos. As a side effect the comps have also been set VERY high.
