There are heaps more vehicles, weapons, enemies, features, and gameplay mechanics not yet shown
Its on a mounted turret that you man, just like in Wolfenstien.
BUT, for the big-guns with sound issues (especially in Fallout3) the Minigun, flamer, laser gat, all of those weapons use a looping firing sound, which can glitch out -unless- you also specify a non-looping firing sound.
That sound should be a single shot, or a quick snippet from the looping sound.
If done correctly, then the times when the looping sound fails to play (like some vanilla weapons in fallout 3) it will instead play the snippet sound, and loop it rapidly, which will end up sounding very similar to the original loop.
Programs like Audacity and Wavosaur are all that is needed to achieve this fix.
