I just experienced a scene like I've never seen before... straight out of a mind bending psychological horror something

Exploring the horrid freeside, among the beastly mutants and ghostly gasses.
I entered the atomic wrangler, got knocked on the defensive by the amount and power of the freakish inhabitants. Took some 10-15min of heavy skirmishes to clean it up, good thing you can kinda camp behind the bar. Was though 'n scary, even more than what's usual, and I've got a few scary mods on top of DUST. After the cleaning was done, I looted around. Everything was calm, so I went upstairs, no sign of life either. There was not a corner that escaped my eyes, every single room was cleaned up. When I get back to the ground floor...

I see three ghoulish non-hostile calm westisde militia guys sited down, chillin out playing a game of poker, as one would have back in the days of the courier.
