Anyway, does this harpoon gun use NVSE? My guess is that some specific animations and commands might involve.

One question, will it also have a feature were you shoot the harpoon and and the rope will be shoot aswell. Like were you can pick it up again ?
I'm dealing with a ton of engine limitations here, so I'm not 100% sure what all I can get away with on this yet.
yes and no.
We can make some of them able to be retrieved, but not all instances.
The engine is simply too old and decrepit to do all the things we want.
Other aspects still being explored.
