   Ulysses is a monumentaly cool NPC that's for damn sure, but I can't say if he is my favourite. I mean the Legate, Joshua, Mobious and ALL the characters from Dead Money are super cool and I love them.

      I don't know. The mod has voice for all the dialogue though.
