I like it but just one small gripe. Something I hadn't realized until recently when I was working in FNVEdit is Sunny is Hispanic, even has her as Hispanic in the wiki. Personally I haven't found her vanilla version to look all that Hispanic, this version you have looks good but the eyes are looking more Asian. Just a thought, but still looks good.
Unless she's only half hispanic. Though red is recessive, so even half-hispanic probably still wouldn't be fully red. Maybe a darker shade, like the vanilla preset "Rosewood"?
