This is a playthrough I had before I started the revival storyline named "Shade" who is actually the lone wanderer. In the revival storyline the lone wanderer stayed in DC and helped the Enclave, though in this playthrough, and my Fallout 3 adaptation he came to Vegas and didn't help the Enclave. Anyways I Enjoyed the outfit I gave him, so I thought I would post an image for him, So enjoy!

    The outfit is the tailor maid black retex Assassin's Suit and head protector and armored vault suit pauldron and Enclave Officer's boots as well as the vault utility jumpsuit belt with Gopher's adv. recon thermal nightvision headgear mk.II and the black mask from the wasteland hoods mod.

    Sorry if that comment made me sound like a spaz, but there are alot of things with his outfit
