With the addition of the NVSE Flashlight hopefully coming around soon, within the next (and possibly) final update of the Silent Hill Mod. I will be making the otherworlds a lot darker. And removing enemy ticks from the radar... which in addition means you're going to fight this guy in the finale. In darkness, with a flashlight that can only illuminate so much...
