Carter and crew decided that it wasn't such a good idea to test FISTO at the Cerulean Factory. They would leave that pleasure to James Garrett.

"Assume the position, assume the position," said FISTO repeatedly.

"Screw you robot," Carter responded, "Just head over to the Atomic Wrangler." 

The crowd in the Wrangler dropped everything as they entered. That included the glass that James had been meticulously polishing. His jaw dropped nearly as far as the shattering glass as he cast his eyes on the clanking blue machine. "You found it", he gasped, "and it's fully programmed. Oh my God!"
