If it wasn't because of those annoying assasins, he'd be dead the moment I enter Nipton - a few seconds after Oliver..... Apart from that. I think the actor does a really good job. He really gives me the chills.
It depends on what i am playing as, If i am going NCR he is a total douche. But if i go Legion then he is a fudging badass. I get pretty into the roleplaying
I have to be honest, and maybe a few have picked up on it, but I love Inculta. I think he's probably my favorite base character in the game. In my story he was by far my favorite character to write through.

I did a version of this for him too, except my character is wearing his hat. lol
