Its an interesting story, and work. Unfortunately I have had to disable your mod courtesy of a minor unspecified conflict that inhibits exit from companion mods dialogue screens.. It's definitely not coming from your work. It's good to see another Australian at work with FNV.
I have just finished the Ultimate Pack, and ultimate it's not, unless you list it's name as a measure of errors and problems. By the time I had corrected an install on my desktop to a playable version it had cost me nearly 2Gb of Downloads from 'FU' Steam. My laptop is still not playable despite being a new i7, Windows 7 with 16Gb of ram, I need to do more work on it and find the conflict, missing ESM, or mod file that is CTDlng the initial load of FNV.
Hopefully, when you install your Ultimate Pack it will run a whole lot better than mine, but you may need an unlimited activity account from your ISP. to get it running. It took an Instal a full reinstall, and a repair to get it going.

I intend to once the Ultimate Edition comes out. Currently I only own the old version on my 360, I'll get the UE on the PC
Can you please make a similar map for Old World Blues and Honest Hearts...
