   You mean the Lone Wanderer. The Vault Dweller is reserved for Fallout 1's hero.

   In the left, i have project beauty, this mod changes the textures of the head, and looks better, in the right had a bad angle of camera and less shadows to mark the face, but is the same face

   Probably the face textures from Project Beauty as well (the texture files can be used with FNV btw).

   I'm certain he used some sort of improved faces and lighting mod. The same mods exist in New Vegas but... well... FO3 has had more time.

   Honestly I have an easier time getting Fallout 3 to look good. New Vegas just wont cooperate.
   
   And as a side note, your character looks really cool on the Fallout 3 image, excellent lighting.

   Is it me, or the face in fallout 3 is better ???? I thought NV faces where better.
