   I've always had Lings and Mikoto and this doesn't happen. It's probably the fallout 3 meshes.

   same thing happened to me when i extracted a lot of fallout 3 meshes... i reinstalled and it was fine.. so it has to be something uve replaced!

   Are you using modded hair? A modded body mesh? It's hard to ascertain your problem when you don't provide any extra information.

   Or rather the main hair sunk in the head.
   
   Delete your hairs folder that was made after unpacking your BSAs
