   do different parts of the Tops casino appear and disappear when moving around that area? until you get really close and the object is fine ? if yes then this is an LOD issue .

   \meshes\landscape\lod\wastelandnv\blocks\wastelandnv.level4.high.x-8.y20.nif - possibly releated to this asset - but depending on your settings it could be about 3 different models
