I DID IT YES ENCLAVE TANK FUCK YOU NCR, anyways I took the brotherhood tank and put a enclave logo, than took one month to learn and get nifskope to add the texture. So the enclave will be getting tanks soon in the next update, there will also be a drivable one I don't know how that will be added, maybe a quest or something. Anyways have a good day, because I had one today.
