      I've only been there once. On a trip to see the sights. I remember LA as worse. Maybe my memory plays tricks on me though    Thank you Brig

      I believe it that LA is worse, though I haven't driven there.  I can say that I think Chicago is a worse driving experience than DC, but that doesn't make DC very fun.

    Oh god it's been so long since I played FO3, you're right about how easy it is to get lost. I remember going in circles or just fast traveling everywhere.

      Thanks a lot Eggman I had thought about "The City of New Orleans" which is my favorite railroad song. But it's got a sad vibe to it which I didn't feel belong here. I wanted something happy

    Ah the joy of traveling via the subways in DC. And getting hopelessly lost, or turned around, and finally leaving the subway more or less intact, and discovering where you are in relation to where you wanted to be and it is not even close, lol. In comparison, Vegas is a breeze to navigate.

      Add to that that I get lost just like that - even in vaults/caves I've visited dozens of times   I DO enjoy playing Fallout 3 again. But it's nice to take a breather of hot desert air every now and then. Being able to see further than just the next pile of rubble Thank you very much Dave
