      Thank you.  Its a kitbash of Metro Exodus Anna Summer outfit and MW2019 Charly Tactical Human
      There are some tutorials on youtube  that can show you how to combine them in nifskope.  I tried looking for the tutorial I followed,  but unfortunately  the uploader took it down.  

      There is Tammer's tutorial.  I haven't watched it. But he goes into a lot of detail, that I did not use.  I just did the niffskope assembly and put it into the game.

    I mean Cyan you what Claire dose the moment she's sees the Great Khan that's not a cause of concern.

      Cyan is mostly concerned that Claire is using what is basically a Khorne battle cry.  And its kind of a reference to Darktide.  Where people are concerned about the Zealot's battle cry of "Blood for the God Emperor!  Skulls for the Golden Throne!"

      I never really liked the Van Buren Vipers.  There really isn't anything  snakey about them.  Just the their home of Ouroboros and a religion based on birth/death/rebirth.  And its kind of weird a snake themed tribe calls their warriors "Hounds"

      So my version of the Vipers.  Around the time of Fallout 2, Hecate was a high priestess that tried overthrow the Viper Council and started the Viper civil war.  Which I am calling the Hecate Heresy.
