if you do want to port something with permissions I commissioned this https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/84554 by Caenarvon and I also permission from him too he would only want to be credited + it would be a very one of a kind outfit for FNV
I will look into that Skyrim outfit, I'd appreciate some proof about you having permissions over it (or I'm the one getting in trouble), but first I have to finish my TypeA body, it will have BodySlide, so if I port that outfit, I can do it properly, with zaps and sliders. About the see-trough I mentioned, I was referring to the outfit mesh and texture, I didn't had successful attempts at other effects some outfits have. If I remember correctly, there is an outfit called Transparent Zipsuit with see-through plastic effect. If it has not been ported to FNV (I can't remember if someone else did it) then I will add it to my WIP of ports (along with that Spearhead Catsuit and a few more)

TheKite's outfits are so good, but porting outfits from Fo4 is harder than ports from Skyrim. This took me way too long to finish, I almost just gave up. Surprisingly, the see through plastic works nicely on FNV. But I can't upload those shots on the regular image share, so they're on the supporter section.
