I was just messing around with retexturing trying to make a NCR elite riot gear to match this helmet but then I just had the idea of recolouring just the armored parts just to see how it'd look.

and really, you could retexture any of the riot gears and everyone will love them. we all encountered them during the epic journey of the lonesome road and if you like the survivalist or military asethetic, you just cant avoid it.
