    The supremacy is in your details that allways surpises me. I like the phrase: "What kind of question is that ..." They come at any point when they are not expected. How do you do that? Are you suffering from working in a large organization only taking notes as you say.
    I love your way very much.

      Thanks a lot Jan Large organization - yes. The railway is a huge enterprise. Taking notes...? Yes - and no. Being an engineer I am alone for most of my day at work. And ideas often come to me while out there on the rails I try to imgagine a real conversation between two people. And if I happen to succeed.... Then I am very happy

    The story is laid out as fine as you normally do when it isn't spring and sunny outside Your readers are a patient bunch and will understand if you get your bare feet dirty and whatever else spring requires. Thanks for the chapter!

      Solid chapter!  That said- if your heart's not in it and you're not getting paid, there's no reason to do it right away  :D

      PS, thanks for the map locations - I've been scratching my head looking at the Wiki pages trying to figure out real-world locations for a while now...  I'm cribbing your solutions for my future episodes  :D

    I'm kinda suspecting someone(s) paid the kidnappers and told them minimal info.  Now I wonder who that someone(s) is/are.  Nice little chapter and enjoy your spring.   Here, it's been mostly wet and yucky, like right now.   And the Cascades are getting snow. =O
