We're recruiting for the full rework of the NCR!

Hey everyone,
This is a public call for recruitment for the Frontier. We are working on a full-scale, top to bottom rework of the NCR. We are working from the ground up to bring a better main quest for the NCR, and we're looking to expand the lore of Post war Portland a bit along the way.
We're looking for writers, artists, composers, 3D texture artists or modellers, and anyone with a good amount of GECK experience. Training can be included for those willing to learn!

I would suggest maybe like a small recognizion as in "Hey I heard of you. Arent you the guy...." and ss on and thats all.
In order get the praise you would have to EARN it as in doing a VERY difficult task and it in end it should be something "Good job I clearly underestimated you." OR "Well that would make a good medal for you dont you think?" Something like this instead of the constant praise.
Now how would I rework NCR is that the majory of the NCR in the Frontier are convicts and penal battalions, this would kind of explain their bit unorthodixian methods and would open a way for more quest lines that would be like smuggling drugs or some contraband. Something more different from your average NCR quest.
