Use nifskope, go to the top left of it where youd open a nif from ur drive,and instead fo OPEN file, click BROWSE ARCHIVE, the armor is only packed in the The Frontier - meshes2.ba2.
If it doesnt show[archive browser] in the left panel somwehere, go to the top. should see VIEW somewhere, go to it, click through the menus till u see Archive Browser, uncheck and recheck it [this for anyt of the different collums to fix them not showin]
