Playing around with making a visor and screen out of a plain surface.

Day 1: Port the model and make the skeleton fit.
Day 2: Rig arms and hands.
Day 3: Fix hole in the mesh (use another model to patch up the chest).
Day 4: Redo the UV and texture for the body with the chest.
Day 5: Make Head Cute.

      I would like to look into texture animation (doubt gifs work in fnv) scanlines or blinking would be cool. I saw an upload here from 2014 which had notes about transform animations in nifskope i might look into

      No, gifs do not work. It has to be animated in nifskope. If you need help, you can send me a PM.

      there is a mod for ed-e that gives him an animated face, that is somewhat like this. idk but maybe this can help you get an idea in some way https://www.nexusmods.com/newvegas/mods/66625
