    Now THAT is more like it! I've always felt that the vanilla apartment was a bit stingy for the right-hand man of the richest person in the Fallout world (or, in my case, the courier who will bump off House and declare himself Lord of New Vegas)

      Glad you like it. I always felt the same way. So about my second play-through I started Modding the game. After loading NMC and a Mod for my Courier Armour I started looking for ways to Modify The Presidential Suite. Otherwise I might just as well have stayed in The School House Base in Good Springs.
